Donovan Christopher Age - 9 months Cordova Pacheco

Donovan Christopher Pacheco, 9 months old, a resident of Cordova, NM went home to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Donovan our precious hito was the love of our life for the short time that we had him. He was a very happy & loving child. Donovan came into the world as a fighter. He was a strong baby & gave us many happy memories. He enjoyed listening to his mother & father, sing his favorite I love you lullaby. Donovan enjoyed the love & kisses from his parents. He never fell asleep without his parents by his side. We will miss our Angel as he rests in Heaven beside Grandma Mida & Our Heavenly Father. Donovan was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mida L. Pacheco; great-grandparents, Garcedon and Adonelia Pacheco. He is survived by his parents, Christopher Pacheco & Crystal Duran of Cordova; maternal grandmother, Jeanette Trujillo and companion Eddie Trujillo of Pojoaque; paternal grandparents, Louie Aguilar and wife Mildred of Cordova; maternal great-grandparents: David Trujillo and wife Pauline of Albuquerque; maternal aunts: Lorine Duran of Albuquerque, Donna Duran and companion Abe Resendez of Albuquerque and Vanessa Duran of Pojoaque; maternal uncle, Lorenzo Duran; paternal aunts: Tanya Rodarte and husband David, Genevieve Fernandez and husband Harvey, all of Cordova; cousins: Jerome, Tristin and Abigail Rodarte, Genesis Fernandez, all of Cordova, Kyla Resendez of Albuquerque. Special acknowledgements to all Doctors & hospital staff, Pat Sullivan & numerous other family members & friends. Public visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel at DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a Devotional service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel at DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with burial to follow at Cordova Catholic Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Joshua Archuleta, Jerome Rodarte, Tristin Rodarte, Kyla Resendez, Genesis Fernandez and Abigail Rodarte; honorary pallbearers to carry casket: Lorenzo Duran and Jason Archuleta.
