Dion Palomares

Dion Andrew Palomares, age 17, was born on September 28, 2007. Dion passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully with his family by his side on July 25 2025. 

Dion enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and being outdoors every chance he got. He had a huge heart and would give you the shirt off his back. He would light up the room whether it be his smile, him joking around, or just being Dion. 

Dion was preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Doris Palomares and his great uncle, Eric Valdez. Our beloved 

Dion is survived by his father Jose Palomares (April), his siblings, Britney, Alexis, and Jaiden. His mother Annesa Dauz (Kevin), his siblings, Dezanna, Desmond, and Devon. Grandfathers, Grandmother, aunts, uncles, close cousin, and God-Parents and many other relatives.

A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Santa Cruz, NM.
