With profound sadness, we are announcing the passing of David Louis Lucero II, 42 of El Valle De Arroyo Seco and Alcalde, on June 20, 2026. He passed away peacefully in his sleep. 

He is survived by his family, Megan Gonzales, longtime companion of twenty-four years, Children: Cristina, Davina, Eliana & Ruby Lucero. His Mother, Peggy Armijo, sister: Lisa Archuleta, Walter, 'Goosey' Rodriguez, nephews, Kyle and Demitri Rodriguez. sister, Patricia Garcia, Xac Garcia, nephew and niece, Joseph and Lilianna Garcia, brother and sister Daniel and Amanda Lucero, grandmother, Aunts, Uncles, many cousins, a Special Cousin, Santiago 'Sonny' Armijo.

Our friends and family are welcome to join us to Pray the Rosary at 9:00 am at Holy Cross Church in Santa Cruz, NM, on Monday, July 6, 2026, with Mass to follow.  Burial wii take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in El Llano, NM.
