Crestina Sandoval

CRESTINA M. SANDOVAL, 76, a resident of Canjilon, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dora Baker Sandoval; parents, Andreitta Montano, Octaviano Montano; father-in-law, Agapito Sandoval. Crestina loved cooking for everyone, she made jewelry and loved sewing. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was an awesome woman with a heart of gold. Crestina is survived by her husband, Wilfred Sandoval; son, Richard Sandoval (Theresa), grandchildren, Sarah (Ralph), Richard Desiree and great-grandchildren, Angelo and Ava Natasha, daughter, Dora, grandchildren, Chantry (Tamara), great-grandchildren, Chantel, Jayden and Nevah, grandson, Jameson (Trish), Christian, Jameson Paul, grandson, Jason (Elisha), great-grandchildren, Jordan, Jayce, Jayden, Joylen, Julianna, grandson, Brennan, grandson, Brent; daughter, Crestina Sandoval, grandchildren, Amanda, great-children, Serenity, Morgan, Juan Carlos, Jesi Brock (Ed), grandchildren, Ryon (Jessica), Urijah, Jordan; daughter, Sandra Antillon (Julio), grandchild, Hunter (Desi), great–grandchildren, Diego, Xavier, grandchild, Michelle, great-grandchild, Abram, Grianna, grandchild, Adam (Sunny), great-grandchild, Nicko; daughter, Belinda Leyba (Toby), grandchild, Samiejo (Scott), great-grandchild, Wyatt and Kylie Jo, grandchild, Lucus (Cricket), great-grandchild, Alliejo; daughter, Rosemarie Marquez (Anthony), grandchild, Sabrina (Brandon), great-grandchild, Adalyn and Tatum, grandchild, Kimberly (Charles), great-grandchild, Nadali, grandchildren, Ashley and Jeremy; daughter, Geraldine Trujillo (Patrick), grandchild, Malerie (Carlos), great-grandchild, Angel, grandchildren, Colton and Marcus (Shelby); brother, Octaviano Montano, sister, Florinda Rivera.  A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at San Juan de Nepomuceno Catholic Church in Canjilon. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the San Juan de Nepomuceno Catholic Church in Canjilon, with a burial to follow at the Private family cemetery in Canjilon. Serving the family as pallbearers, Richard, Chantry, Ryon, Hunter, Lucus, Celton, and Juan Carlos, honorary pallbearers are all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family of Crestina M. Sandoval has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
