Clarence - Age 91 - Española - Farley

Clarence L. Farley, 91, passed away after a short illness May 15, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife Hazel in 2001. C.L. grew up in Roy, NM and lived most of his life in Los Alamos and the Espanola area. He was a World War II Veteran having served in the U.S. Army. His life’s career was as a masterful welder for Local Union 412 and for Los Alamos National Laboratories. Dad loved family, friends, home, Alaska and growing tomatoes. C. L. is survived by his children, Christine Giacomini, Sharon Locke, Judy Farley, and Verne Farley as well as five grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren, and his sisters Ruth Hartley and Evaline Rice. Interment is scheduled for Wednesday May 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. The Farley family has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n
