Cidelia Miera

Cidelia Miera, a resident of Espanola born September 25, 1927 passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at her home with her family by her side.

Cidelia was preceded in death by her husband Ruben Miera, son Orlando Miera, daughter in law Charlotte Miera, her grandchildren; Socorro and Jesus Villagomez, Vicente and Edwin Arrietta and many brothers and sisters.

Cidelia is survived by her children; Marissa Lopez of the home, Pastor JD (Geneva), Pastor Anna (Flavio) and Steve (Charlene), Grandchildren; Yolanda Miera, Daniel Arrietta (Amanda), Jacob Arrietta, Orlando Miera, Jeremy Miera (Jean) and Mallory.Miera, fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

The Miera family would like to give a special thanks to her caretaker Geraldine Lopez and the others that helped care for her in her time of need.

Our beloved mother and grandma was the matriarch of the Miera family.  She loved God and her family with her every being.  Her smile, her hugs, her tortillas, her sweet rice, her red chile, her prayers, her warmth, oh how we will miss you every single day.  Te amo mucho!

Serving the family as pallbearers are Orlando Miera, Jeremy Miera, Yolanda Miera, Jacob Arrietta, Daniel Arrietta and Mallory Miera.  Honorary pallbearers are her great grandchildren.

Public viewing will be held at Victory Faith Church on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at 6:30 pm with a celebration of life at 7:00 pm. Internment at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 2:15pm.
