Catherine Chacon: born March 15, 1960 and passed away on February 26, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Angelica Chacon; her sister, Gertrudez “Trudy” Chacon (Manuel Serrano); her brother, Longino “Lonnie” Chacon; and her nephews, Jeffrey Chacon, Chris Roybal and Justin Martinez.

She is survived by her daughter, Jade A. Chacon (Jerry Jaramillo); her cherished grandchildren, Abelina, Bernadette, and Malachi Jaramillo of El Rito, Margaret Rinehart of Texas, John Chacon (Geraldine) of Bloomfield, Gene Chacon and Andrew Chacon, both of Espanola, and Amalia Chacon of Texas. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces, Troy Rinehart (Kayla), Samuel Rinehart (Michelle), Melissa Chacon, and Savannah Chacon; as well as her great-nephews and great-nieces, Avianna and Luke Rinehart, Landon Wilson of Texas, Jewelious Martinez, and Fabian Chacon.

She was the heart of our family. She was strong, loving, and endlessly supportive. Her presence brought warmth, comfort, and strength to those around her. We are grateful for every lesson, every laugh, and every hug she gave us. Her love and memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
