Carlos Vigil

Carlos E. Vigil, a lifelong resident of Nambe, was born on August 11, 1973 and passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018. Carlos was a loving son, grandson, father and nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Vigil Jr.; brother, James Saiz; uncle, Tony Vigil and grandparents, Enrique and Frances Vigil. Carlos is survived by his son, Lorenzo Rios-Vigil; mother, Monica Saiz; grandparents, Lorenzo and Emma Herrera; maternal aunts and uncle, Gabriela (Dave) Torrez, Cathy (Robert) Rivera, Noreen (Bob) Romero and Adrian Herrera; paternal aunts and uncles, Josie (Alex) Abeyta, Jimmy (Maxine) Vigil, Helen Atencio, William (Dolores) Vigil, Theresa (Freddy) Martinez, Barbara (David) Maestas, Annie (James) Maestas; many loving relatives, friends, and special friends/mentors, Herman Leporowsky and Mary Isvell. A rosary will be recited on February 6, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Nambe with a Memorial Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Nambe. Honorary pallbearers will be his Delancy Street Foundation Family.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Delancy Street Foundation, P.O.
