Brenda L. Garcia

Brenda L. Garcia, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 28, 2022. Resident of Chimayo, NM. Brenda was blessed with her wings and flew home to our Heavenly Father. She is proceeded in death by her Son Brock Montoya, her significant other Anselmo Garcia and her Father Gilbert Montoya along with many other family members. Brenda lives on through her Son Avery Garcia, her Granddaughters Genesa Garcia, Merissa Garcia, Larissa Garcia and Clarissa Garcia and her beloved chihuahua Paco. Brenda is survived by her loving Mother Lugarda Montoya, her siblings, Sharon Nanez (Michael Nanez), Rosemary Holloway, Earl Montoya (Cindy Montoya), Gilda Ramos (David Ramos) and Gilbert Montoya, Jr.

Brenda was a great Mother, Grandmother, Auntie, Sister and Cousin whom believed life on earth was her vacation. She is greatly LOVED and we will always treasure the memories and stories we shared. We will carry Brenda in our hearts forever. Now may she Rest In Peace and use her heavenly voice as she sings with the choir of Angels in Heaven.

A Rosary will be recited at DeVargas on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 4:00 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 10:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo, NM with a burial to follow at the Holy Family Catholic Cemetery in Chimayo.
