It is with immense sadness and heavy hearts; we announce the passing of Brandon Mario “Brando” Martinez of Espanola, NM, due to a motorcycle accident. He was met at the gates of Heaven by our Lord and Savior with open hands, on April 17, 2025.
Brandon was the most loving, humble father, son, partner, brother and friend to many. He was a kind loving soul and utmost respectful who loved his family and friends. He made sure to always check in on his loved ones, making sure everyone was doing ok and taken care of. Being the first born he was his mother’s first love. They held a bond like no other. Most of all Brandon was the most amazing and devoted father to his daughter Naveah, his pride and joy she stole his heart from the moment she was born. She was daddy’s girl; he loved her immensely, nothing meant more to him than being an amazing father to her. He was adventurous and loved the outdoors.
Brandon held various jobs throughout his short-lived life; he worked for Amazon working the graveyard shift. He decided he wanted to make a career change and was most proud to be employed with Logistics Heavy Equipment & Roads and Grounds at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He was a hard worker and made friends with so many.
Brandon was preceded in death by his maternal Grandfather Armando Pacheco, Grandfather Louie Martinez, Grandmother Mary Martinez. Aunts Andrina Manzanares, Tessie and Deven Martinez, uncle Teddy Pacheco and cousin Louie Martinez.
