Bernice Domingue, 82 a resident of Espanola New Mexico passed away on September 1, 2026, after a sudden illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband Armin Dominguez, sisters Susie, Luna, and Patsy Baca. Maggie Chavez, Angie Clevenger, brothers Pete Ulibarri, Johnny Ulibarri, Cristobal Ulibarri, Leroy Ulibarri, Albert Ulibarri and parents Juan and Albelina Ulibarri.
She was born in Vaughn New Mexico and met Armin and married at the age of 16.S he was a housewife/ homemaker, seamstress for Bodas de Santa Fe, worked at a hotel as a clerk and food caterer with Beatrice Wiuff. She loved her grandchildren Derek, David, and Monique, including her grand dogs Luna and Rocky. She was a joker, always smiling and liked to visit. She loved her oatmeal cookies in the morning with a cup of coffee and loved to eat peanut M&Ms.
She is surviving by her brother Raymond Ulibarri of Vaughn NM, daughter Nadine Dominguez of Espanola NM, daughter Angela Martinez (Martin) of Espanola NM, son Michael Dominguez (Diane) of Albuquerque NM, son Jacob Dominguez of California, friend Damian Diaz of California, granddaughter Monique Dominguez (Alejandro) of Espanola NM, grandson Derek Dominguez of Colorado, grandson David Dominguez of Rio Rancho NM. Survived by many nieces and nephews.
A public viewing will take place one Tuesday September 15, 2026 at 5:00 pm followed by a rosary at 6:00 pm, in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of De Vargas Funeral Home.
