In Loving Memory of Benjamin "Poncho" Montoya June 07, 1946 - March 23, 2026

Benjamin "Poncho" Montoya, a resident of Chili, born June 7, 1946, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026, surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dolly, his son Gabriel, great grandchildren Sammy and Eden Trujillo, his parents Donicio and Geneva Montoya, sisters Dolores, Frances, Patsy, and Diane, brother Danny, Niece Cheria, Nephews Robert, Alex, Albert, Phillip and Jalen.

Benjamin is survived by his daughter Dolores "Dee" Trujillo, granddaughter Lexi, grandson Junebug and his wife Angelica, great grandsons Austin and Aiden, sisters Rita Arrellano, Marie Carey Vigil, Yvonne (Glenn) Rhinehart, brothers Ricky and Lonnie Montoya, sisters-in-law Leonires Chavez and Zenaida (Abel) Rendon, and many other nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is to be held on Monday April 27, 2026, at 11:00 am at New Hope Family Worship Center in El Llano, NM
