Ashley was born in Espanola July 2002, and from the moment she was born she brought joy to everyone around her. As a child Ashley was quick to make friends, welcoming everyone with open arms. She leaves behind a legacy of lifelong friendships that were special to her. She was kind and had a generous heart that made an impact on everyone. Ashley loved spending time with her family, especially her little brother Anjelo. She enjoyed watching him excel in sports and bowling with their family. She was always his greatest cheerleader. From the moment he was born into her adulthood Ashley was proud of her little brother and loved him infinitely. Since she was a child Ashley enjoyed the outdoors. She especially loved horseback riding with her Stepdad Jose (who lovingly named her Curly Sue) and her brother Anjelo. They had many special horseback rides that will be cherished memories. She loved camping, fishing and riding the three or four wheelers all over Tierra Azul and El Rito. She was fearless outdoors, full of adventure and could always be found with a smile outside. Ashley departed this Earth to soon and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Her life was too short, but she lived life to the fullest and took on every challenge she faced with bravery. She would always share a hug and never forgot to say “love you” before saying goodbye. Her heart and soul were beautiful and will be carried in memories by her loved ones forever.
Ashley is survived by her Grandma Lloyda Martinez who she loved and cherished deeply.
