It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Antionette Gabriela Vigil on July 19th, 2025, at the age of 48. Antionette passed peacefully, surrounded by loved ones.

Born April 3rd, 1977, Antionette led a fulfilling life. She graduated from Pojoaque High School and earned a business degree from Santa Fe Community College. Her professional career spanned eighteen years at Los Alamos National Laboratory, followed by contributions to Denver Public Schools and the Denver Rescue Mission, where she dedicated herself to making a positive social impact.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Antionette cherished creating joyful memories with loved ones, embracing her passions for dance, music, and exploring diverse culinary experiences during her travels. Her playful spirit and love for her dog, Scarlett, were a testament to her vibrant personality.

She was preceded in death by her mother Theresa Vigil;

She is survived by her three beloved children, Monique, Mario, and Matthew; her husband, Rene Martinez; her sisters, Mary, and Veronica; and her extended family.

Antionette’s vibrant spirit touched the lives of countless people. She was known for her sense of humor, infectious laughter, and genuine warmth. Her love for family was a testament to her character. She was a remarkable mother and wife who left a permanent mark on everyone she knew.
