Anthony Jose Martinez

Anthony J. Martinez, age 46, a resident of Espanola, NM joined our Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 18, 2022.

Anthony was a very loving person and always knew how to brighten anyone’s day.  He had a big, beautiful smile that lightened up any room.  Every establishment he went to, it was hard to get out the door because he talked with and knew everyone.   He loved to joke around and to impersonation to make everyone laugh.  Every employment he had, he loved to dress and be professional, no matter the job title.  He loved and cared for all his family and wife and took dearly care of her.  He was a man of God and loved our Lord dearly.  He was a church member at The Rock Christian Fellowship.  He was deeply loved by his wife and family and will be missed immensely.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Pablita L. Martinez, stepfather Augustine Bustos.  He is survived by his wife of 27 years Pauline Martinez, mother Miguelita J. Martinez, sisters Joyce Martinez (Gene), Kathy Martinez (Brandon), Cynthia Martinez (Jesus) and Ashley Martinez (Juan), aunts Lucy Martinez Rendon, Darlene A. Martinez Holt, Uncle Alford (Bobby) Holt, Godparents Epinenia Lovato, Albert Lovato and by many nieces and nephews
