Andrew - Age 26 - Española - Peña

ANDREW JULIAN PEÑA, 26, a resident of Española, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. He was preceded in death by his daughter, BreAndra Peña; parents, Julian and Frances Peña; maternal grandmother, Sadie Noe; paternal grandfather, Dennis Peña and uncles, Dennis Peña, Jr. and Joseph Delgado. Andrew loved being a father. He enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing and enjoyed playing basketball as well as watching movies and listening to music. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Mr. Peña is survived by his fiancé, Melissa Romero and her children, Dominic Sena and Tayla Romero; grandmother, Manuelita Peña; aunts, Gloria Tobey, Angie Teña and husband Jamie, Margaret Peña, Priscilla Baldonado, Luis and Renee Peña, Veronica Peña and Teresa Parlante; uncle, Jonathan Jaramillo of New York; God-parents, Robert and Juanita Jaramillo and numerous other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque with a rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m. and a Mass of Christian burial immediately after at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at the Pojoaque Catholic Cemetery, with the following serving as pallbearers Richard Lujan, Steven Peña, James Peña, Timmy Peña, Epifanio Baldonaldo, and Ivan Baldonaldo, honorary pallbearers Luis Peña Jr., Monica Peña, Antima Peña, Angela Peña, Dennis Peña, and Denise Peña, The family of Andrew Julian Peña has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
