Andrea Teresa Martinez

Andrea Teresa Martinez, 38, was born on Monday, April 30, 1984 and took her  last breath Monday, February 27, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her father Ray J. Martinez, her grandpa she called him Dad Vidal Maestas, grandmothers Celina Martinez and Kella Maes.

She is survived by her children Elicia Rhae Martinez, her dad Jose Quintana, Kendra and Isaiah Vargas, their dad Patrick Vargas; her goddaughter she considered her 4^th child Miquela Martinez; grandchildren Aiden and Ayleen Talavera; her pop Kenneth Maes, mother Debbie Maes, grandmother Rosalie Maestas; grandfathers Margarito Martinez and Jose Maes; sisters Rochelle Martinez and Leslie Marquez; brother Jason Martinez; niece Alayna and Kiowa Marquez; nephew Jude, Israel and Mateo Martinez; great niece Brooklynn Martinez; great nephew Baylee Martinez; god parents (aunt and uncle) Valerie and Ray Moreland; auntie Yvette Maestas; and many other family and friends that she loved deeply.

A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 6:00 pm in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel at the DeVargas Funeral Home in Espanola, NM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 10:30 am at San Juan de Bautista Catholic Church at Ohkay Owingeh, NM, with burial to follow at the Alcalde Cemetery in Alcalde, NM.  A reception will take place at the San Juan Parish Hall immediately following the burial.
