Alicia Anna Martinez

Alicia Anna Martinez, 45, of Chimayo, NM, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.

Alicia is preceded in death by her companion, Carlos Martinez; her father, Danny Phil Martinez; brother, Danny Paul Martinez; niece, Jacyanna Gallegos; paternal grandparents, Leo and Flora Martinez; aunt, Debbie Padilla; and uncle, Louie Padilla.  

Alicia is survived by her children, Destinee (Adam) Martinez, and Damian Martinez; grandchildren, Honoree Griego, Sevyn Griego, and Aaliyah Martinez; partner, Neil Sandoval; mother and step-father, Brenda and Eli Gallegos; sisters, Rochelle (Rick) Romero, and Miranda (Pete) Martinez; nephews, Kaidan Romero, and Kingston Martinez; nieces, Alyvia Romero, and Acelynn Martinez; maternal grandparents; Hipolito and Mabel Padilla; uncle, Paul (Crystal) Padilla; aunt, Danette (Tim) Martinez; cousins, Myriah (Robert) Padilla, Avyanah Yates, and James Martinez.

Alicia will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Victory Faith Church in Espanola, NM and a burial will follow at Del Carmen Cemetery in Chimayo, NM. A reception will be held at the Holy Family Parish Hall in Chimayo, NM. 

Serving as honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren, Honoree, Sevyn, and Aaliyah.
