Alfonso J. Aragon (Fonzi) left this earth to be with his Lord on March 31, 2026. His life’s story was of a faithful man of God, husband, father, and friend.

Alfonso is survived by his son, Alvin Aragon; Daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Nick Salazar and only granddaughter Josephine; Siblings Roman Aragon (Lorriane) and Vitalia Chacon; his goddaughters, Eunice Gallegos and Zelda Sanchez and his very special niece Geneva Miera. Siblings-in-law Verla Cisneros, Rick (Theresa) and Clyde (Joanne) Jacquez

He was proceeded in death by the love of his life and wife for 52 years, Norma; His parents Emiliano and Angelica Aragon; Sisters Elsie and Antonia. Parents-in-law Clyde and Priscilla Jacquez. What a joyous reunion when Alfonso entered the gates of heaven.

A special thank you to those who loved and cared for Alfonso over the years Jessica, Megan, Mercy, Annette, Fritzi, Annalisa, Kylie and Lupita. Our family will be forever grateful for the love and care you each provided Alfonso. You each have had an impact on Alfonso’s heart and our lives.

A Celebration of Alfonso’s Life will occur on Friday, 24th of April, 2026, at Victory Faith Church in Espanola, NM, at 10:00 AM.
