Alejandro - Age 31 - Chama Lujan, Jr.

Alejandro Lujan, Jr., Age 31 a resident of Chama passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Alejandro Lujan, Sr.; maternal grandparents: Ramon and Cecilia Rivas; paternal grandmother, Rosario Juarez. Alejandro had a very big heart, who was always willing to help those in need. A wonderful father who loved his children very much. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Reyes Rivas of Chama; girlfriend, Antonia Vigil of Chama; children: Jalinna Lujan and Julio Lujan both of Chama, Bernadette Lujan of Albuquerque, Elias Lujan of Alamosa, CO and Mia Lujan of Bakersville, CA; brothers: Max Rivas and companion Tina Quintana, George Rivas and companion Megan O’Brian, Michael Rivas and Beto Rivas and companion Carmen Torrez; grandfather, Manuel Juarez; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Cremation is being planned. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chama. Memorial mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. also at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chama. Burial to follow at the Chama Community Cemetery. The family of Alejandro Lujan, Jr. has entrusted the care of their beloved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
