\r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n Alan D. Cain – Age 42 a resident of El Guique went to be with our Lord on Friday, April 2, 2010 with his loving family at his side. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Cain; maternal grandparents: Juan and Efrin Silva; maternal grandmother; Merlinda Salazar; grandmother-in-laws, Donelia Mascareñas and Santana Cruz; and grandparent-in-laws: Juan and Rosuarda Martinez. He is survived by his loving wife, Geraldine Mascareñas Cain of El Guique; daughters: Jasmine Rae Alan Cain of El Guique, and Germel Segovia and husband Joseph of Española; grandchildren: Zilthai, Zerahiah and Nissi Segovia all of Española; mother, Gloria Cain of Las Vegas, NM; brothers: Larry Cain of Roswell, NM, Rusty Cain and wife Rebecca of Roswell; sister, Sharon Cain and companion Manuel Martinez of Las Vegas, NM; nieces and nephews: Martina Martinez and companion Carlos Gallegos of Las Vegas, Vincent Martinez and companion Alysha, Kaidyn Martinez of Las Vegas, Jesse Ray Cain of Roswell, Christopher Cain of Roswell, Joanna Remijo and husband Yazzi and Ian Remijo all of Georgia; father and mother-in-law, Harold and Maria Mascareñas of Estaca; sisters-in-law: Jolynn Mascareñas and companion Ronald Trujillo of Estaca and Karrie Renee Mascareñas and companion Robert Montoya of Estaca; and numerous other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held on Sunday, April 4, 2010 at 6:15 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A second rosary will be recited on Monday, April 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. also at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Cemetery in El Guique with the following serving as pallbearers: Manuel and Vincent Martinez, Rusty and Larry Cain, James Martinez and Cesareo Muñoz. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Jasmine Rae Alan Cain, Germel Segovia, Joseph Segovia, Zilthai, Zerahiah and Nissi Segovia, Fatima and Heaven Trujillo, Martina Martinez, Jesse Ray Cain, Christopher Cain, Joanna and Ian Remijo, Kaidyen Martinez and Jeff Martinez.
