Adrian Garcia

d. April 30, 2025

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our dearly beloved Adrian M. Garcia, age 34, a resident of Rio Rancho/Llano de San Juan, New Mexico, passed away on April 30, 2025, due to an automobile accident.

Adrian graduated from Penasco High School in 2008, then moved to Albuquerque, NM, to attend college and received his degree in Construction Management. Adrian was a jack of all trades in which he gained all his great knowledge from his dad, brother, uncle and grandpa. He loved working on his family ranch and enjoyed going hunting every year and loved being in the mountains. Adrians true love of being a mechanic was spent throughout his whole employment, from starting his first job at Clark Truck Equipment then moving to the State of NM NMDOT as a supervisor. He enjoyed being a mechanic and sharing his knowledge with his employees.

Adrian was a very kind and loving person who would give his shirt off his back for anyone. He would always help everyone and made sure everyone was taken care of. In 2012, Adrian met Alexandria and were married in 2017. Together they brought into the world their first daughter, Adrianiyah then followed by their son Damían. Alexandria, Adrianiyah and Damían were his life and he worked very hard to make sure they were taken care of and had everything they needed.

Adrian was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Elfido and Mercebella Garcia; maternal grandparents Juan and Nancy Fresquez; uncles Henry Garcia and John A. Fresquez, aunt Arlene Fresquez, brother-in-law John D Romero; grandma Frances Romero; grandfather Amado Martinez, Cousins Johnathan Gonzales and Gabriel Fresquez; and close friend Nelson Rodarte.

Adrian is survived by his loving wife Alexandria, daughter Adrianiyah and Son Damían Garcia; parents Harold and Gloria Garcia from Llano de San Juan; father and mother-in-law John Romero and Jacqueline Martinez; brother Daniel Garcia and wife Annette; sister in law Lily Romero and companion Isaiah; nephew Mario Garcia and niece Billi Shyanne Huffman and her companion Eric and their daughter Iris; grandma Helen Martinez and grandpa Manuel Romero; aunts Nancy Leigh Fresquez, LouAnn Cordova, and Cindy Fresquez Maestas; God Sisters Amber Martinez and husband Matthew and their children Bentley and his God Daughter Riley; Kennidy Ortiz and Companion Kenneth Lopez; Cousins DeAndra and Johnny Fresquez and God Mother Diane Romero.
