Luis Tafoya

Luis “Pat” Tafoya, 49, a resident of El Rito, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cornelio and Floraida Tafoya; brother, Fred Lopez and grandmother, Catalina “Kate” Vasquez. Luis was a prankster and he loved the outdoors. He loved camping, fishing, hunting and he loved his Denver Broncos. He also loved spending time with his family and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Luis is survived by his parents, Susana Tafoya Vigil and Cipriano; son, Ramon Tafoya; sister, Felicita and Alex Piñon; brother, Cipriano “Cipy” and Kimberly Vigil; uncle, William Tafoya; niece; Marisol Vigil; nephews, Mitzael Piñon, Alonzo Vigil, Fabian Lopez and Nehemiah Lopez; aunts, Doris, Darlene, Cleo and their spouses; cousins, Miguel Romero Jr. and spouse, Cecil Gomez and spouse and many other relatives and friends.
