ALDO MARQUEZ PALACIOS, 50, a resident of Española, was called to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 12, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos and Julia Marquez and niece, Brenda Quezada. Aldo was loved by all his family he had such a big heart, and loved everyone and was always so happy. He enjoyed cruising (rain or shine) dancing and being at the casino was the greatest joy of his life. Aldo was a creative man. He enjoyed arts and crafts making scorpions and dream catchers.  Aldo is survived by his daughters, Crystal and Christine Marquez; mother of his daughters, Susie Hernandez; son, Angel Marquez (Brittany and unborn grandson Angel Aldo); mother of his son, Melanie Lopez; girlfriend, Mary Jane Romero; brothers, Juan Marquez and Noe “Leko” Marquez (Julie), sisters, Chela Marquez (Jesus Miramontes), Dora Marquez (Hugo Quezada), Rosa Marquez and Esther Marquez and numerous nephews and nieces. Public Visitation will begin on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Canada, with a burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers, Angel Marquez, Juan Marquez, Noe Quezada, James Daniel Martinez, Diego Miramontes and Juanito Marquez. Honorary pallbearers, Lorena Miramontes, Edgar Quezada, Marvin Enriquez, Julia Gonzales, Bianca Gonzalez, Tyra Marquez and Noelia Gonzalez.
